Tenant Information

Connections: Electricity, Gas, Wifi

All connection arrangements are the tenants' responsibility.
It is easy to understand and arranged in a few minutes, 24/7. After your arrival we bring you to the offices and explain the process.

For local phone and Wifi in the house (if necessary), we recommend to bring a smart phone to use for the Indonesian SIM cards. It is possible to call and build up a Wifi hotspot with one operator card.

Immigration / Visa

The nearest Immigration office to extend your entry visa is located in Pemaron, Lovina. We explain the process and where to arrange copies/printouts.

Repairs and Damages

Any damages or request for repairs should be reported promptly to your property manager. We will make sure it will be fixed the same day / as soon as possible.

Transportation

Bike rental

If you like to rent bike and helmet(s), feel free to let us know. We help to understand traffic on Bali and link you to reliable rental companies with well maintained equipment.
MAKE SURE to bring an international driver's license!

Shuttle and private drivers

Let us know whenever you need a ride, either you plan to travel on Bali or need Airport pick up or drop off. We are happy to inform you about public transportation or arrange a reliable driver.
